10:45 - 11:00 | Arrival
11:00 – 11:40 | Lunch and preparation for the day
11:40 - 12:00 | Welcome, introduction with Lūzumpunkts instructors, warm-up and teams formation
12:00 - 16:30 | Active part of the day - Team outdoor activities
16:00 - 18:00 | Dinner, chill time with colleagues
WEATHER
We’re expecting a warm and sunny summer day — but weather can be unpredictable. Please check the forecast beforehand weather forecast (nearest town: Ogre) and dress accordingly.
ACTIVITIES
All activities will take place outdoors. Some will be more physically active, others less so — but all will be engaging, team-based, and make use of the natural surroundings, including water and terrain elements.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
To make the most of the day, please come prepared with:

Sporty, weather-appropriate clothing (comfortable and easy to move in)

- A warm layer (e.g., sweater or light jacket)
- A rain jacket, if rain is expected

A small backpack – to carry your essentials during the day
- Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent

Important Safety Note - For your safety and the smooth running of the event, please avoid consuming alcohol before or during the activities. Instructors reserve the right to restrict participation in activities if safety could be compromised due to intoxication.
